OmniSTAR is changing the North American transmission frequencies. This change affects Invicta 310, RPR 400C and RPR 410, and Phoenix 300 GPS receivers.
- OmniSTAR will shut down the old Eastern (1530.359) & Western (1536.782) frequencies on June 20, 2008.
- OmniSTAR will shut down the old Central (1534.741) frequency on August 20, 2008.
The new North American frequencies:

NOTE: You also need to make sure to update your receiver so it can use the latest broadcast format OmniSTAR is using. This update is included within the firmware you can download for each receiver.
In the near future, Raven will provide firmware updates for all GPS receivers capable of receiving OmniSTAR signals.
